7am ii went to the beach with a friend. Just the right time ii want to cry it out - but ii didnt cry 'cause my friend was beside me. im able to hold it... and been to the beach did relieve my feeling a little. Why beach? ii have no idea... it's simply nice, breezy and calm. Glazing at the beautiful scenery reminiscing the past = hurts !
days by days...im suffering from emotional trauma.
