Millenial 25
I am feelin' high right now.
Blasting loud music in my room.
"Mike Candys feat. Maury - Miracles (Club Mix)"
There is something important in life that university nor in school did not teach us. Financing our money. We landed a job, earning big salary and then we start dreaming of luxury things we can achieve in short period of time. It's nothing wrong we gone this path, we deserve what we have worked hard for.
Slowly, the desire accumulate and will put us in misery, putting us in debts to please or fit-into the society. People are so blinded with money that they dragged themselves into get-rich scheme(s). Heard of PonZi scheme? Becareful on the supplement products that fall under this - if anyone trying to involve in one.
Going in debts is nothing wrong. We just need to know the difference;
(i) Bad debt - incurring debts that you yourself, not other people, have to pay back. Your money is flowing out of your pocket with extra loophole - if you know what ii mean.
(ii) Good debt - we can leverage by using other people's money, like taking loan from bank, to buy assets that will appreciate (value that increases).
What am trying to share is... being in debt is suffering, and always remember to save up for rainy day. Not everyone is blessed and born under a rich family.
Who are we to please when we are married? - Family, not friends nor relatives.
Start investing...invest intelligently and responsibly.
